My Weight loss Journey & Achievement

Back In 2019, l was not happy with my current weight as I saw an increase as I went through menopause.
 
I realised my weight was skyrocketing.  Upon noticing this I wanted things to change so I tried different ways to decrease my weight from taking diet pills to trying different weight-loss formulas.
 
I even joined different weight groups to help aid my weight loss journey. I was strict in taking weight loss supplements to help decrease my size but in reality, these amounted to little to no progress in my weight loss. I did not need these pills but I need to find and acknowledge the root cause of why I wanted to lose weight. 
 
I noticed a change when l started researching more about healthy diets and strategies to enhance and achieve my weight loss.  
From this, l started being more mindful of my eating habits and living healthily. I let go of unhealthy habits such as eating at McDonald’s and started to eat a healthy balanced diet.
